Additional Photos from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic US Lawmakers

Property blueprints for Epstein's private tropical island included in the released materials.

Also contained in this new document release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by building living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.

The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and contains a notes section identifying different sections of the estate.

Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for dock shelters.

Additional materials disclosed as part of the current oversight process.
